Dedicato Spaghetti alla Chitarra are the result of a patented extrusion process that will offer you a unique experience.
Granoro’s patent for Dedicato Spaghetti alla Chitarra, made with 100% Apulian wheat, features a square cross-section that is then hollowed out. The internal hole, obtained through an exclusive extrusion process, allows boiling water to pass through from one end to the other, ensuring even cooking.
Moreover, the small diameter of the hole and its circular shape cause it to close after cooking, so once cooked, Dedicato Spaghetti alla Chitarra do not show visible holes.
Uniform and quick cooking is also ensured by a longitudinal slit connected to the central channel, allowing additional water flow inside the pasta.
