Excellent for dry and golden frying, it is particularly suitable for the typical "Apulian Panzerotti" whose dough is thus light, exquisitely crunchy, retaining the typical fragrance of ripe wheat.
Its balanced characteristics make it suitable also for the traditional Apulian Focacce, for the Salento Frise and for Apulian Homemade Bread to which it gives an intense golden colour and an exceptional fragrance.
