Polpa Rustica di Pomodoro 680g

The “Granoro Dedicato” Rustic Tomato Pulp is made from selected tomatoes, cut into pieces, and grown in the Tavoliere of Puglia by local farmers. Its versatility makes it a great ally in the kitchen.
It has a thick and coarse texture due to its special processing method and is made from selected tomatoes grown and processed in the Tavoliere of Puglia within a few hours of harvesting. After being scalded and peeled, the tomatoes pass through large-hole strainers, so the resulting pulp, enriched with some seeds and skins, has the “rustic” appearance of homemade tomato puree.
The rustic pulp is packaged in 690g glass bottles, a quantity suitable for a family of four. If not fully consumed, it can be stored in the fridge for a few days. The pasteurization process allows for longer preservation while maintaining the typical aroma of traditional tomato puree.
