Durum wheat semolina pasta
The fragrant and tasty Granoro Normal Formats of Semolina are made with painstakingly selected durum wheat semolina and they undergo a careful production process that respects the quality and characteristics of the raw material. Granoro's entire production process is carried out so as to enhance the organoleptic qualities of the semolina and in particular the gluten, which must harness the starch so that it is not lost in the cooking water, which must be as clear as possible.
