Granoro MANITOBA Flour has a high protein content and a high water absorption capacity. It has a very high W value, equal to 350, which makes it ideal for croissants, brioches, babà, cream puffs, panettone and pandoro. It can also be used to strengthen other flours and in doughs for bread, pizzas, focaccias, cakes, and for all preparations that require long or double leavening.

  • Ingredients:

    Type "0" Manitoba soft wheat flour. May contain traces of soy and mustard.
