The Granoro MULTIGRAIN bread preparation is a mix of ingredients - type “0” soft wheat flour, cereals and seeds - ready for use, since it already contains natural mother yeast. The formulation of the Granoro Multigrain Preparation, in addition to completing and enriching the common diet, supplies a considerable quantity and variety of natural fibers. IDEAL FOR BREAD AND OTHER BAKED PRODUCTS Recommended for the preparation of bread, it gives the consistency and flavor typical of the past.It is also ideal for breadsticks, crackers, bagels and other baked goods. The presence of whole sunflower and sesame seeds, with oatmeal, barley and malted wheat flour and oat flakes, gives the products obtained particularly rustic characteristics and aromas.
